When renting or letting a home, a description of the place must be drawn up. This is an objective and detailed description with photos of the current condition of the property. This is to avoid any discussions.
Building
Before building work starts, it is best to have a description of the location drawn up for adjacent constructions, in which the current state of a property is described. After the works, a second report can be drawn up, in which it is determined whether additional defects have occurred.
