After coordination with the customer, the 3D laser scan can be performed. When the scan is completed, a point cloud is created. All kinds of data can be extracted from this, such as:

The preparation of architectural plans. Data for the creation of a BIM model. Obtaining an LGS file. This can be imported into a free online viewer with which you can view the full 3D scan yourself.
