Measurement of existing condition

During this measurement, the current condition of the plot is mapped, with the determination of plot boundaries.

This can be requested, for example, in the following situations:

- You want to post a new closing

- Dispute of a plot boundary

- Commissioned by an architect

- When buying a property

- When building a house

Architectural Measurement

This measurement is usually commissioned by an architect and includes the measurement and layout of:

- Floor plans

- Facade views

- Profiles of a building

- Cross section of a building

Tracemetering

For (re)construction of roads, sewers and allotments, a route measurement can be carried out before and after the works in accordance with the GRB specifications. (Large-scale Reference File of the Agency for Geographical Information Flanders)

During excavation or earthworks, the volume of discharged soil can be determined on the basis of a volume measurement. Such services can also be provided when raising a plot.

Settlement measurement

During certain activities, settlement (subsidence) of surrounding buildings may occur. To determine this, a measurement can be performed with a total station or spirit level.

Based on a height measurement, the heights of an area or plot can be mapped. Longitudinal or transverse profiles can be extracted from this measurement.
